Lama Changchub startet Shenpen Aid i 2009 sammen med en gruppe ivrige frivillige. Shenpen har siden vært aktive med humanitært arbeid i India og Nepal. Han ønsker å dele noen tanker om hvor mye dette kan bety for dem som trenger det. Og for dem som hjelper til.
